Orah Skin Care Return Policy

At Orah Skin Care, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may return any unopened and unused products within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition.

• Only items purchased directly from Orah Skin Care (via our website or official office) are eligible for return.

How to Return

You can return your item(s) in one of two ways:

1. In Person: Visit our official location with the product and original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. By Mail: Send the item(s) to our return address: Orah Dermatology 12550 Biscayne Blvd Suite 304 North Miami, Fl 33181 including your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

• Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

• Refunds are processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
