At Orah Skincare, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you'll find all the information regarding our shipping process.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us by email info@orahdermatology.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to find a solution.
